Are you hosting a baby shower and looking for ways to entertain guests? If so, today I’m sharing five FREE printable baby shower games for your guests to enjoy.
These games are 100% free and you can print them right from home.
I’ve designed these baby shower games in pink, blue and yellow so that you can choose the color that best fits your party theme.
What are some cool baby shower games?
When it comes to baby shower games, there are endless ideas! But I’ve narrowed these free printable baby shower games down to five of my favorites.
Below is a list of the games and how to play them:
Baby Shower Trivia
Baby Shower Trivia is a multiple choice game that tests your guests’ knowledge about babies. This can be challenging even for moms! There’s lots of crazy facts about babies that may surprise you and your guests.
Name That Baby Song
This is a baby shower game where guests fill in the blank to the lyrics of a number of songs that all have the word “baby” in them. The songs range a span of decades to make it more difficult.
ABC Baby Name Race
This is a great game if the mom-to-be is still looking for baby name ideas. Guests race to write down a baby name that starts with each letter of the alphabet. Whoever is the fastest wins and at the end of it, the mom-to-be can take home each guests’ paper and go through all the names.
Name That Baby Animal
A baby horse is not called a horse… or is it? This baby shower game will test your guests’ knowledge on the names of all kinds of different baby animals. The person to get the most right in a set time is the winner.
Baby Shower Word Scramble
The words in this baby shower game have all been scrambled (much like the pregnancy brain the mom-to-be might be experiencing!). All of the words are baby-related so the word “baby”, for example, might look like “yabb”. Whoever unscrambles the most words in a set time wins.
How many games should be played at a baby shower?
Two to three baby shower games is enough to entertain and have some laughs with guests and the mom-to-be without overdoing it.
Not all of the games need to be pen on paper either.
To add a little variety, you could do a couple of my free printable baby shower games and perhaps choose another game like “Measure The Baby Bump” (where you cut a string and the person closest wins).
Don’t forget to gift some fun prizes to the winners of the baby shower games too! (I mean, that’s half the fun, right?)
What are good baby shower game prizes?
If you’re stumped for prize ideas, here are some that I have personally received or gifted:
- Starbucks Gift Card
- Bottle of wine
- Scented candle
- Box of chocolates
What can I print baby shower games on?
You can print my free printable baby shower games on a standard 8.5” x 11” sheet of paper. BUT if you want to add a more elegant touch to these printables, I recommend printing on a high-quality card stock (this is a good one).
Also, don’t forget to print one copy of the answer key for the baby shower games that have one!
FREE PRINTABLE BABY SHOWER GAMES
And finally, here are the FREE printable baby shower games I promised with answer keys included. A sample of each design is shown, but you can print in your color choice of blue, pink or yellow.
*These baby shower games are for personal use only. Please do not use them for commercial purposes including selling copies or repurposing the design.
